Four days ago I posted my Response to Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards’ Washington Post’s Opinion Piece. I want to revisit one of Cecile Richards’ quote again:
While predictably these videos do not show anything illegal on Planned Parenthood’s part, medical and scientific conversations can be upsetting to hear, and I immediately apologized for the tone that was used, which did not reflect the compassion that people have come to know and expect from Planned Parenthood.
My response to this quote has already been given in the previous post but here I want to make a further observation that according to Planned Parenthood’s own president these videos show Planned Parenthood’s “medical and scientific conversations.” Cecile Richards herself admits this.
Now what exactly do we find in these medical conversations?
If you can stomach it, the fourth video is embedded below:
For all that the pro-abortionists side use rhetorics that “it’s a fetus and not a baby” wouldn’t be interesting to here what abortionists would call the thing they are aborting?
At nine minutes and three seconds, an abortionist says “it’s a baby.” Just the normal causal way it was stated makes it all the more awkward.
Of course the most infamous part of this video is at the eleven minutes and eight seconds mark which captures the moment when another abortionists said “it’s another boy.” That has launched countless social media protests against Planned Parenthood with the hashtag #anotherboy.
Mind you, Cecile Richards says these are medical and scientific conversations. I think it reveals what deep down these abortionists already knows: They are aborting babies.
It reminds me of Jesus’ words in Matthew 12:37 where He said, “For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
On Judgment Day the Lord will not so much try to convince these guys that abortion is wrong as bringing forth their own words to condemned them.
And that’s true for all of us with all our sins as well. That’s the bad news.
But the Good News is this: Knowing we can’t save ourselves from the Wrath of God that we deserve, God has sent His Son to live a perfect life and took the death penalty for the sins of those who would trust in His Son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Repent and trust in His Son today.
