Dr. James Anderson is a Christian philosopher and Presuppositional apologist and Reformed theologian. Dr. Anderson some years ago has written an essay titled “”Secular Responses to the Problem of Induction. Recently Anderson’s essay has been read aloud and available on Youtube. One can listen to them below:
If you want to read this essay in written form you can also access it here.
Reblogged this on Talmidimblogging.
Thank you Vincent for sharing this post. I hope this would equip people in terms of apologetics!
You’re very welcome Pastor Jim! I hope so too
Hi Jim, I listened to this entire video with no success. 😦 Could you please send me the English version? 🙂 Dr. Anderson reminded me of why I never went past Philosophy 101. Well, the body needs all of us parts, even us non-philosophy types.
Haha, at first when I read your comment I was wondering if you meant the video was changed to another language!!! I myself typically do not use much philosophy in my evangelism, and if it does its usually in college campuses where I evangelize weekly….and usually only when the person I am witnessing to is trying to flex some philosophical muscles as I want to be all things to all people and be Gospel centered rather than that “guy” who wants to only talk about apologetics and philosophy. Nevertheless I know there’s a niche that our blog has with some who are into presuppositional apologetics and appreciate things like this. God bless you Tom for watching it!
I think one of many good introduction to Presuppositional apologetics is probably Sye’s video here: https://veritasdomain.wordpress.com/2013/04/13/presuppositional-apologetics-is-easy-believe-your-bible-by-sye-ten-bruggencate/
Thanks Jim, I’ll give it a spin at my work desk tomorrow!
