Hey, something strange is happening here. I’m actually beginning to comprehend some of these presuppositional apologetics articles! LOL. Thanks.
Man Tom I’m so glad! This makes my night/morning before I go to sleep! Good night…but really good morning!
Hope you have a good day! Next thing you know I’ll be borrowing books from the library by Van Til! 🙂 Well, that may be too much of a stretch for this Theology 101 guy! But I appreciate being made aware of the use of logic in Christian apologetics. Thirty-five years ago, when I accepted Christ, the majority of people in this country held to a belief in some type of “supreme being” but with atheism being so aggressive these days, we’re starting at ground zero with many which is where presuppositional apologetics comes in.

Thanks for the reblog brother!

Good stuff Jim. I particularly liked the one about the culture of irrationality. One of the thoughts in there is what the men’s group I am a part of us kind of based on. Men need to step up, be men, and lead their families.
“Men need to step up, be men, and lead their families.” Amen. As I grow more in Christ and in the ministry I see the need to emphasize that and to teach and model what Gospel driven manhood is all about. Glad to hear your men’s group is conscious of that; that’s not a given today so I thank God for that!
Thank you, Pastor, Jim. I had time for 6 and 7. Good stuff!
You are welcome Chris, did you have a blessed Lord’s Day today?
I did. Thank you, Pastor Jim. Congratulations on the milestone you have just reached on the hits on your blog. It is obvious that you invest a good amount of time on it and I’m grateful that so many enjoy the fruits of your labor. May God continue to bless your efforts!
