I love the amount of books from various publishers at the Shepherd’s Conference.
Here are the solid biblical books I recommend from the Conference that are deals but they fly below the radar of being publicized like in the Conference’s bulletins. Note these books can be purchased online as well and I have linked them online in case they are no longer available. Also I have linked to my book reviews.

Always Ready
This work is by Greg Bahnsen. It’s here at the conference for 12 dollars which is cheaper than online. This is a good introduction to Presuppostional apologetics! You can find it in line in the tables of deals before you purchase your books.

I hope you’re enjoying the conference and thanks for the book recommendations! I would be like a kid in a candy store. I can imagine the books being offered at that conference are a stark contrast to the prosperity gospel books offered at our local (c)hristian book store.
” I can imagine the books being offered at that conference are a stark contrast to the prosperity gospel books offered at our local (c)hristian book store.”–> Word! I am so encouraged with the solid books sold in the conference! I have to practice discipline though not to buy everything. I love how they also give out free books where each publishers give away one book to those attending…this might be the closest thing to a theological book heaven Tom! Gotta go to sleep for now…good night! Or…good morning?
Hope you have a great Thursday at the conference!
[…] 2.) Books I recommend at the Shepherd’s Conference Book Tents […]
Speaking of the local franchise Christian book store I have not even entered any for a long time. I compare them to drug stores. Many of the books they sell are toxic if not fatal. A druggist would never get of jail for putting OTC poisons on the shelves. Yet these practitioners of Simony feel no obligation to protect their customers from spiritual poison. They have no qualms in promoting a false prophet for personal profit.
T.I. I feel you in regards to Christian bookstore. It’s sad really. I appreciate Shepherd’s Conference because they do a good job making sure its works that are solid. One year one of the publishers has a work that went under the radar and the conference even asked the publisher to remove it which I am grateful for. Rare to see that these days unfortunately…
