Review: Love Made

It seems the last few Wednesday on our blog has become a “wee-kids Wednesdays” with Christian children homeschool lessons and review of children’s book.  Maybe that should be an ongoing trend!  Here’s a review of a new Christian Children’s book that just came out yesterday!

This is a children’s book on God’s creation.  The subtitle of the book is “A Story of God’s Overflowing, Creative Heart.”  It informs the reader of how God created everything out of love but there’s more to the story!  The writer Quina Aragon wrote a beautiful book and it was also beautifully illustrated by Scotty Reifsnyder.  I enjoyed reading this book to my young kids.

50 United States: Christian First Grade Homeschool Lesson 2

This is a Christian Home School Lesson Series for first graders on the 50 United States.

I typically go over two states at a time since we teach our kids multiple subjects during the day and two states at a time seems to be enough.  However if one is teaching one subject at a time I think going over four states at a time would be just right.

Our series’ lesson plan will be in alphabetical order and go over four states at a time.
