How is your personal time of reading God’s Word daily?
Next month is soon going to be upon us. Consider making it a habit to read His Word and read it in a way that you are trying to grow in your love of God.
But you don’t have a devotional? And money is tight for you to buy one?
Don’t let that stop you from reading God’s Word.
Here’s a 31 devotional we put together recently: 31 Day Quick Bible Devotional from Paul’s Epistles (Observations from the Greek)
May you read God’s word and enjoy God!
You are such a blessing thank you so much.
Aww you’re welcome! It’s so encouraging to hear you are still witnessing Crissy
Thank you Pastor Jim. God is sooo good.
Thank you for encouraging everyone to read God’s Word!
You’re welcome! I just emailed this to our church to encourage them to read God’s Word and the things of God so I hope the Lord use this. I am thinking of doing a similar series on a devotional looking at either Jesus’ words or simply Jesus’ life; any votes?
RE: a devotional looking at either Jesus’ words or simply Jesus’ life.
You have my vote!
Bless you! I have plenty of reading to do but marked these for when I am in those hurry up and wait situations…I can use the time to read. Thanks!
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” Psalm 119:105.
Have got them saved and will read one a day also. TY:)
Glad to hear that. Hope you had a good time with your sister yesterday Bonnie?
Very much and hope you can say same.:)
Reblogged this on Logos Speaks.
Thank you for sharing the link. I look forward to taking a look. I begin my morning with reading devotionals and the Bible along with time for prayer.
I’m encouraged to hear that you read the Word in the beginning of your day. What part of the Scriptures are you now at?
I don’t necessarily have a laid out reading plan of the Bible. I let my devotional materials guide me. At my church, we have involved in lengthy study of Romans.
[…] Previously I have posted “Looking for a daily devotional for next month?” and I plan on working on a new devotional series from time to time on our blog that focuses […]
Devotionals are a big help. I have two year long devotional books which I alternate at the first of the year.
What’s the names of the two books?
Last year (and next year) it was The Gift of Jesus, and this year it’s His Footsteps My Pathway.
