Critique of “God is Not Great”
September 11, 2020 by SLIMJIM

The late atheist Christopher Hitchen wrote a book titled “God is Not Great.” Looking for a Christian response to it?
Christian apologist Paul Manata was interviewed by Gene Cook for the Narrow Mind Podcast going over a critique of the book. It is a 8 part series and the critique is done from a Presuppositional Apologetics’ persepctive.
This is back in 2008 and I think its quite good even for today.
Here’s the audio:

Thanks for the great resource. Look forward to listening to them.
Blessings!
Gee, I sure wish I could share this! But WordPress has taken away my ability to do that.
That is so frustrating! I just commented on one of your post and my comment seem to be disappearing again (maybe into your spam filter); will there be a way you can check in your spam comments and rescue it on your laptop (Iphones I heard doesn’t work for WordPress app…sigh).
I’ll look, but very few of your comments get spammed here.
Reblogged this on Lee Duigon.
Thanks! I’m going to dial-up #1 on my walk tomorrow.
Awesome! Is the weather much cooler now?
Unusually cool today with a high of only 59F. But the avg. high for next week is 73F. What’s SoCal doing today?
Thank you for edifying and sharing these resources, Jim! GOD bless you and your family!
You’re welcome. Today just realized is the American anniversary of 9/11. I imagine you were watching the new of those plane attacks?
Yes, we watched it live at that time in CNN and FOX right after the first plane. We discussed it during the classes in the M. International Studies Program.
I haven’t heard of this apologist before, thank you. Highly entertaining to listen to snippets of the first one
Thanks for this, Jim!
Thank you for sharing something for us to feed on. I was hungry again today. Off now….to “LISTEN”.
Glad you are listening to this sister. I left two comments on your blog last night and it “disappeared” which often is a sign that it has been caught on your spam filter (different than than the “unapproved comments”). Just thought you know that, that I do read your blog when I get the chance and I do comment. Hope you enjoy the audio, I think the discussion is quite informative
I’m never worried. Thank you for reading it. There is never enough time in a day to absorb all there is to learn!!!
Wonder how to keep it out of my spam????
Couldn’t find much on the guy when I use Google, but these teachings are very well done

I must thank you for your efforts in sharing apologetics’ resources. I’m hoping to listen to more of the same high-grade contents in the future as well.
You have many apologetics resources, I’m resorting to downloading and listening to this one for now
I downloaded a couple .
