Thanks for reblogging this Maw Maw!! How is your Sunday?
Was very good.:)
I’m looking forward to “Cave to the Cross’ Ep. 97 – Greg Koukl Interview”.
Blessings for making this happen.
Love the pic! I liked the follow the evidence blog!
LOL thanks! Grateful to hear also you like that post. Overall did your peaceful weekend go according to plan and was it a blessing sister? Thanks also ahead of time for your gift!
It was a nice weekend! How are things in your area?! How was church today?! I am curious as to what you will think of the book!!!
Thank you for always sharing links to resources, Jim! I appreciate your edifying efforts. Nice picture of a T800 model btw, appropriate for what comes next of the phone after the battery has been depleted…”hasta la vista.”👍👍
On man that is soo funny, your comment!!! Lol!!! Speaking of Spanish, do you know any Spanish yourself given the Island’s history? When I was in the Marines many of the Navy guys were from the Philippines and had Spanish last names.
Lo siento, pastor Jim, mi habla espanol (muy) un pocco! It has been 25 years since Span 1 and 19 years since Span 2. Yes, there are many who have Spanish first and last names. Our family middle and last names came from Basque and Castile.
Haha love the pic. Very clever.
Thank you for these excellent resources.
Thanks for noticing the picture, thought I put something a bit fun since we talk so much serious stuff on here. =) Have a blessed week ahead of you, any plans for anything different this upcoming week sister?
Yes I agree.
Thank you for the blessings. I haven’t planned anything different for this week although situations change from one day to the next as I seek to be in God’s will. Like yesterday I walked almost 20 Kms (12 miles….) unplanned😆.
Pray all is well on your side of the USA .
Thanks! I enjoyed the C2TC guys’ interview with Greg Koukl this morning. Interesting to learn the some of the history of today’s pop apologetics. Once again, I really need to listen to Koukl’s interview with his friend, “convert” to Catholicism, Francis Beckwith. I saw a comment from James White on that interview that Beckwith later complained he was not happy with the anti-ecumenical spirit of the proceedings.
RE: Arnold
Ha! Funny meme! I would change the text to read, “What? Van Til? Hasta la vista, baby!
Lol your ending! I suspect Greg Khoukl might be much more friendly to Beckwith than probably warranted, sadly. Even before he became Catholic I was cautious with Beckwith. Did you do another round of leaves this morning?
RE: I suspect Greg Khoukl might be much more friendly to Beckwith than probably warranted, sadly.
Yeah, I suspect so, too. These pop apologists are all on the ecumenical bandwagon. But I am still going to make it a point to listen to the interview.
RE: Leaves
We had some heavy winds yesterday and a lot of our neighbors’ leaves blew over into our yard. I was really itching to get out there today, but we had more strong winds predicted (that didn’t materialize) so my wife talked me out of it. Snow predicted for tomorrow.
Love the meme!
