Now for something fun! I’m reviewing something I haven’t done before on this blog: a Christian polo shirt!
If you can tell from yesterday’s post and different posts on my blog I love Presuppositional Apologetics. I love it enough that I got something related to Presuppositional Apologetics besides books. I got a polo shirt!
The above is a picture of the shirt I ordered that is on this online Christian shirt shop called “The Powerful Christian.” You can go to the store directory by clicking here. (Its not me lol). The shop have merchandise related to Presuppositional Apologetics and also Reformed theology.
Here’s a picture of the actual polo shirt as worn on me:
I am pleased with the shirt. I got the polo shirt in Royal Blue color.
Many of us know one of the symbol of Christianity is the Fish. The picture on the shirt is that of that fish symbol but with a shark fin. Below it is written “Presup” referring to Presuppositional Apologetics.
I liked this symbol because it capture the spirit of Presuppositional Apologetics with critiquing unbelieving worldview with a serious challenge that isn’t going to be easy, for Presuppositional apologetics goes after the foundational beliefs; that is, Presuppositional apologetics isn’t going to let unbelieving worldviews off the hook easily and is aggressive about that point. (This is not to say we engage in apologetics without gentleness and respect; we have to be in light of 1 Peter 3:15; but the “shark” is emphasizing thorough-critique).
I also like enjoyed this shirt since personally I’m not a guy that usually wear shirts with so many things on it. Also I like designs that don’t take up the whole outfit and perhaps lead people to ask what is the logo about while those who know, know what it’s about. Plus I think the logo is cool.
I also appreciate that the shirt was available in Royal Blue. Its a color that’s neat and sharp. Its 100% Cotton. I felt it wasn’t too thin nor was it too thick; which makes it comfortable to wear.

Note that the shop also have other kinds of outfits for men, women and kids. Again check it out here.
Thanks! Great review. I will check it out.
Blessings.
Love it! Checking out their website, now!
Awesome! The brother who runs it is name Eriko and he’s the one who made the Audio of our contradictions posts, which I shared last week. Ok gotta say good night for now or other wise I will knock out for the Bible study!
What a great conversation starter! I like the clever logos and attractive selection on the website. Thinking of Christmas now 💭🤶
I like the many other selections too! The brother running this has been a blessing to me in many ways including designing the new logo for the blog. Hope you are doing well sister, always appreciate you dropping by even in the midst of much busy things!
Thanks for displaying the cool shirt! Too bad the designer couldn’t have put a silhouette/cameo graphic of Van Til above the shark! Just kidding. That would have made it too busy and would prompt too many off-the-mark questions. I remember after we were first saved one of my sisters visited our house and she noticed a music box we had at the time with a painted portrait of long-bearded composer on the cover. She wanted to know if he was the leader of the “cult” we belonged to. Oops, talk about going tangent! Once again, cool shirt! But you should have included your face in the photo. Your readers think your always wearing that Michael Myers hockey mask. Argh! I’m going tangent again!
Lol oh man the hockey mask! Never even knew about Michael Myers until you told me lol. Who was the composer on the cover? Not that it’s likely I would know who it is…
I had to ask my wife because it was so long ago. The miniature painting was of composer Johannes Brahms and the tune was his famous Lullaby. My sister thought the painting was of our “cult” leader/founder, although she was the one actually in a cult, the RCC. Of my five sisters, she’s the only one who still occasionally attends mass. She doesn’t believe a single word of the doctrine, but is nostalgic about the memories. I think that attitude represents a large percentage of Catholics.
Thank you for this rare kind of review. You’ve got a lot of talents, Jim! Blessings to you and your family!
Thanks for reading this review Kent. Much blessings to you and your blogging ministry, I noticed yesterday you have quite a number that see your verse posts and have liked it. I rejoice Kent.
Sad I can’t have one. Need one for Ladies.:)
There’s a lady section; Maw Maw if you ever want me to order anything as gifts whether shirts for ladies or books, you let me know Bonnie! You have been a blessing in so many ways!
Thank you, Sweet Grand. Prayers for you and Family.
Nice shirt
Interesting post about Christian Clothing. Some of the Pastors at my church custom order Christian T-shirts. Did you watch my video interview with the Pastor from my Church and his Mission Trip Story in Central America? If you did, I hope you enjoyed the video
Pretty cool polo shirt . And such a pleasant post to read .☺️
Aww thanks! Please know, we are praying for you all in Australia. I’m going to make it as one of my prayer requests to pray for you this upcoming Sunday prayer meeting
Thank you so much for praying pastor Jim. Just reading your comment brought tears to my eyes . God bless you.
Is this where Sye got his logo? Cheers
Thank you for your words of love and wisdom. Keep sharing God’s words that everyone may be blessed by God and they will come to know and love our One Living God, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!☝🏻🙏❤

Do any of them have pockets? I have been reading through a lot this morning and not making comments. I apologize. Your prayer requests for Haiti, Cuba, and South Africa in July are probably still valid today – sadly. I heard the last of the Haiti kidnap victims was finally released – just a news flash, but unrest everywhere.
They do not have pockets for this particular shirt. Good way of putting it: “ the last of the Haiti kidnap victims was finally released – just a news flash, but unrest everywhere.”. It moved me to pray for Haiti again but for the rest of the population. How are you and your wife doing this Christmas advent season??
A little bummed. We wanted to go to TN to see the grandkids, but my wife and I had one doctor appointment after another. Her graft that was supposed to take the place of the fistula clogged on the first time trying it. That doesn’t get fixed, if it can get fixed, until mid-January. But God is good. We keep putting one foot in front of the other. I hope all is well on the left coast with you.
