Editor note: For those looking for November 6th, 2018 Los Angeles County Christian Conservative Voter’s Guide click here!
We have quite a stream of readers of our blog from Southern California and I thought it would be helpful to post this.
This is courtesy of Craig Huey of Election Forum (HT).
I have gotten less political over the years and while I do not believe salvation or the kingdom of God is achieved by political means nevertheless I believe Christians must be informed so that when they practice the privilege of voting in the United States they vote not against biblical principles but as much as possible consistent with it. Over the years California legislature has become increasingly tyrannical against Christians values in the name of “tolerance” with Assembly Bill 2943 as a recent example which Alliance Defending Freedom Attorney Matt Sharp explain what the implications of this bill means if it is passed:
California AB 2943 makes it unlawful for any person to sell books, counseling services, or anything else that helps someone overcome unwanted same-sex attraction or gender identity confusion. As a result, it could be a violation if a pastor encourages a congregant to visit the church book store to purchase books that help people address sexual issues, perhaps including the Bible itself, which teaches about the importance of sexual purity within the confines of marriage between a man and woman.”
Its something to watch out for and like last year’s state legislature attempt with the bill to go against Christian colleges and universities with an LGBT agenda these guys aren’t getting less active but more so.
So here’s the voter’s guide for Los Angeles County:

Much needed guide for the remnant in California. Glad to know there are others!
It is good to know there are solid believers in the Left Coast haha
Thank you for this!! ☺️
I’m going to be praying for these outcomes, Pastor! May God bless you!
Thank you for praying about it sister! I just hope things don’t become politically hard for us to evangelize, for the Gospel is the hope of man’s salvation so I appreciate your prayers!
I’ve told my wife for some time now, that (in this country) some nonbelievers will persecute Christians as much as they are legally allowed. Since they have found that doesn’t make us go away, they appear to be attempting to adjust the law. Thank you for this Jim. Wish we had this kind of political research over here in the Carolinas.
Thank you very much for the work and effort to get this out.
I am so grateful for all your help. Jean Worland
Here’s the November 6th, 2018 voters’ guide for those looking for it: https://veritasdomain.wordpress.com/2018/10/11/november-6th-2018-los-angeles-county-christian-conservative-voters-guide/
I wrote in Bob Lindsey just for the fun of it. Glad to see him on your voter guide still. God Bless. W.
I wrote a comment here yesterday and I think there might’ve been an error because I don’t see it now. Please make sure you keep it up on the board, as I unfortunately do not post often but greatly enjoy the Christian interaction with you people when I get a chance. As a non united states citizen I want to again thank you people for being so active in a state filled with heathens and miscreants such as California. You must be dealing with a great deal of pressure when having to deal with such God haters. Again I strongly advocate getting your politicians to recite Christian doctrine at rallies before venturing into politics. They need to express the goodness of God and why Christians need to fight the California heathen army instead of delving into liberal chaos.
Thanks Irv
Thanks Irv for that voters’ guide link
Thank you for being bold with this Christian voters’ guide!
Republicans huh?
Interesting
California is ruined by Democrats
Liberals are made in Europe
Communist policies expand in state of CA. Wake up America! Its not just California. America has a growing Socialist / Communist base who plan to crash the entire government and financial system and blame capitalism. For the Spring election please post the next voter’s guide when you can.
Vote all them politicians out…
Caliboy310 is right. Since the time this was posted California lawmakers have passed more ridiculous laws such as rules against straws while public male masturbation is permitted in yearly abomination festivals without regard for tourists, kids and families. Meanwhile pre-born babies are murdered in the state. These lawmakers ought to be voted out, every single one of them.
Don’t forget to pray for California; the warfare is spiritual
Time the people stand up in California and oppose these Social Justice warriors. Vote out the extremists!
I’m glad I moved out of California, all those leftists…
What’s worst than LA is San Francisco
Glad you write these voters’ guide every election
Can’t wait to vote out some of these people who are being tyrants with the virus excuse to grab liberties!
