Don’t Waste Your Corona Virus Summer. Read Good Christian Books!
It would be a great opportunity to grow deeper in the things of God. But you might say you are too busy. Check out our How to Read More Books When Life Gets Busy (Improved).

This book was very helpful in terms of learning Christian worldview apologetics. Probably the best book as an introduction to Presuppositonal apologetics. For more about this book check out our Review: The Ultimate Proof of Creation: Resolving the Origins Debate.

The author is Greg Bahnsen, someone whom God used to lead many to learn about Presuppositonal apologetics. Check out our Review: Always Ready: Directions For Defending The Faith by Greg L. Bahnsen.

An amazing book, my favorite book in 2017. A very thorough book on Christology. Check out my review at Review: God the Son Incarnate by Stephen Wellum.
Thanks for the great resource. Blessings.
Jim, I’ll follow your advice and thank you very much for this compilation.
You’re welcome Gersom. Read there’s a rise of the virus in your country for Monday. You probably heard about it too. Praying for it to go down and for God to use it to bring people to Christ.
Yes, Jim, probably the effect of opening too soon without much scenario building in the plan; to say some possibilities. GOD willing, Jim, more people will seek CHRIST and hopefully, alone; no other mortal intercessor.
The Ultimate Proof of Creation is a great deal at $6 on Kindle. And since I always have my phone in my pocket, there is no chance of leaving the book in the last place I was reading.
Awesome! Have you heard of the author before or seen any of his videos on YouTube? He’s an astrophysicist turned Christian apologist!
I had seen his books before. I have not yet looked for his videos and it really didn’t occur to me that there were any.
I’m going to get it if its that affordable.
Thanks for the listing!
Wow the book God the Son looks heavy duty coming in at 480 pages
How about fiction? I know some consider it shallow to like fiction, but then whenever Jesus spoke to the crowds He made His point by telling a story. I have recently (re)read the trilogy by James Dobson and Kurt Bruner, “Fatherless,” “Childless” and “Godless.” They paint a chilling picture of the world in the future if current trends continue, and how Christians might respond, using an engaging story with a diversity of characters.
Thanks for these recommendations! I’ve read Lisle’s and Sproul’s good books as you know. Frame and Bahnsen are over my T-101 head. “The Unfolding Mystery” by Clowney looks to be right up my “OT Types” alley.
Wow that’s awesome you read those two books! Can I order Clowney’s book as a gift for you?
Thanks very much for the offer, my friend! I used the last of my Father’s Day Amazon gift card and it cost me only $0.13. Please, no more good recommendations because I’m now out of capacity with 12 books in the queue! 🤓
Fine advice.:)
Thank you Maw Maw, hope you aren’t too hot in this weather! Its heating up here in California, by a lot!
90 degrees is 110 with humidity. Sitting under A/C. Hehe
I was looking forward to a good list to cull from.
Wellum’s “God the Son Incarnate” is the only one I neither own (yet) nor have read. It is on one of my Amazon wish lists …

Thank you for new reading list suggestions. I am always up for new authors and fresh ideas, and old books that I have not read.
