Do you want to have a short introduction to how to study the Bible? Or maybe you wish to disciple someone and encourage them to read and study the Bible but the person might not from an academic background and they aren’t too keen with wanting to be so intellectual in their study of the Bible, but they do want to study the Word for themselves. If the situations I describe resonate with you in anyway, I recommend this booklet that Chapel Library published and made available for a cheap amount or even for free in certain context (electronic copy especially)! I have not heard of the author Harvey Newcomb before but I do appreciate this preacher from the 1800s writing this helpful resource.
